Day 1

Next, continue your morning with a bike ride to explore the estate! Ride along tree-lined paths and admire the vast meadows and historic buildings while enjoying a refreshing and invigorating outing. At noon, enjoy a gourmet carriage ride, tasting local specialties to the sound of hooves.

In the afternoon, explore the Haras du Pin at your own pace during a self-guided tour. Stroll through the estate’s paths, discover the historic stables, and admire the horses in their environment. Dinner is at your leisure and expense. Treat yourself to local cuisine at a restaurant of your choice. For the night, accommodation is included, either in a guesthouse or a lodging close to the horses, allowing you to extend your stay in the authentic charm of Normandy.

Day 2

Begin the day with a visit to the Château de Sassy, featuring its French gardens and library—one of the most beautiful private libraries in France.

Lunch is at your leisure and expense. Take this break as an opportunity to explore Norman flavors at a restaurant of your choice.

Next, head to the Maison du Camembert, where you’ll delve into the history of one of France’s most iconic cheeses, right in the village of Camembert. This visit will guide you through the steps of traditional AOP Camembert production, with the opportunity to taste this cheese. In the heart of this Norman terroir, you’ll discover why Camembert has become a symbol of French gastronomic culture.
